GuideOne Expands BOP Opportunities for Religious Organizations
Effective 9/01/2025 GuideOne has broadened their underwriting guidelines, giving you more flexibility and opportunity when quoting new business for religious organizations.
Here’s What’s New
- Higher Property Limits – Max Total Insured Value (TIV) per location doubles from $5M to $10M.
- Expanded Frame Construction Eligibility – Now eligible if built in 1950 or newer with updates in the last 30 years (Protection Class restrictions still apply).
- Bigger Buildings Welcome – Max square footage per location increased from 25,000 to 35,000.
- No Employee Limit – Employee count cap has been completely removed.
Summary: Fewer referrals to underwriter = CGA able to provide quotes in two weeks from receipt of a complete submission. Lead time reduced from 45 days!!
