What’s New in the Agency Portal
CGA Insurance is excited to roll out the first phase of the Agency Portal, giving you faster, more reliable access to your monthly commission statements. Instead of waiting for emailed PDFs, you can now log in anytime and download statements on demand. It’s a more consistent, more efficient way to stay organized.
- Now Available: All 2025 commission statements from January through November.
- Coming Up: Your December 2025 statement will be posted Monday, December 15, 2025 after 7:00 AM CST.
- Reminder: This notice was sent to the same email address you’ll use to log in.

Smarter, Cleaner Commission Statements
We’ve refreshed the look and layout of CGA commission statements to make them easier to read at a glance. The new design helps you quickly find what you’re looking for and reduces time spent hunting through pages.

More Self-Service Tools on the Way
Phase 2 is already in motion, and it’s focused on giving your agency even more control and convenience inside the portal. You’ll see new tools roll out that make it easier to manage reporting, tax documents, and resources in one place. Planned features include:

- 2025 1099 notices available directly in the portal.
- Additional self-service tools and agency resources.

What is the CGA Agency Portal?
The CGA Agency Portal gives our agency partners secure access to commission statements and other key documents.
How do I sign up?
If you are an agency partner, you can create or set your password using your Agency Number or email address on the Reset Password page. If you need help, email accounting@thinkcga.com.
How do I change my password?
Use the Forgot/Reset Password link. Enter your Agency Number or email and follow the instructions.
How do I use the portal?
See our step-by-step Help Guide for tips on navigating the portal and accessing your statements.
How do I contact support?
Send an email to accounting@thinkcga.com describing the issue. Please include your Agency Number (AgencyNo).
How do I change my email or Agency Number?
Email your request to accounting@thinkcga.com and our team will assist.
What if my statement isn't available?
Email accounting@thinkcga.com. We can regenerate your statement and answer any questions.
